THE APARTMENT
Location
• Located directly on the beach in the bay of Puerto Alcudia,
which is in the North East of Majorca, overlooking a large private
swimming pool, the marina and ocean.
Bedrooms:
• 2 double bedrooms, private balcony, a lounge and dining
area, fully appointed kitchen, bathroom including shower and bath,
and a separate toilet.
• The master bedroom opens onto a private balcony and has
spectacular views of the pool, the marina, the beautiful sandy beach
and the ocean.
• Bedroom 2 comprises of 2 single beds giving the option of
a double or of a twin room.
• Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample space for
personal belongings.
• Pull out double sofa bed suitable for use in the lounge
area.
Kitchen & Facilities
• The kitchen is well appointed with a washing machine,
fridge, microwave, oven and ironing board.
• Large open plan lounge and dining area opening directly
onto a private balcony for sunbathing or dining outdoors!
• Stereo/CD player, DVD Player and Sky T.V.
Beach & Pool Facilities
• The ground floor beach apartment opens onto a large private
swimming pool with a separate paddling pool for toddlers.
• For sun lovers, the apartment is south facing and enjoys
the sun all day and into the evening, however, the partly covered
balcony offers shade also.
• Located on one of the best beaches on the island –
seven miles of white sand and crystal clear water.
Other family orientated facilities
• A Travelcot are available in the apartment.(for
use at own risk).
