Notes on prices

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.

A small washing machine available
for your own personal use in the apartment.

Children under 2 free of charge. (Travel Cot supplied but used
at own risk)

Taxi from Palma airport is approximately 65 Euros.

Discount
given for 4 weeks plus.

Can be let on a daily basis if agreed out of season.
Changeover day

Saturday in season, but fairly flexible out of season.

Arrival + departure times to be agreed
on an individual basis to take advantage of cheap air flights if possible.
Deposit
Breakages/Security Deposit
A deposit of £150 is required with the balance payment to
cover any breakages, damage
to property, lost keys, etc. This will be refunded to you on your
return, on receipt of the keys and once our agent has checked the
property.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

More than 10 weeks prior to departure: Deposit only.

Between 3 and 10 weeks prior to departure: 50% of rental fee.

Less than 3 weeks prior to departure: 100% of rental fee
